1. Discover the city of Nice from the open top-deck of a tourist bus

Aboard the famous red double-decker bus “Nice, Le Grand Tour”, it is possible to discover the sights of the city with a stop in the places to visit (Matisse Museum, Old Nice, Russian Church, Place Garibaldi… ). In addition to its Nice route, the bus also extends its journey between April and October to include 3 stops in Villefranche to discover this beautiful village and its famous bay. With a bus every 30 minutes, it is possible to make unlimited use of the bus to enjoy each stop at your own pace.

2. Admire the coast aboard a boat

How about discovering the azure bay for a mini-cruise? With the French Riviera Pass it is possible to board a boat for a coastal trip from Cape Nice to Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat through the bay of Villefranche … For about an hour, it is possible to discover from an unprecedented angle the most famous monuments, the hotels located along the Promenade des Anglais and the most luxurious villas of the Côte d’Azur. Important, booking is obligatory so anticipate your excursion so as not to miss it because the show is simply magic.

3. Climb to the top of Castle Hill aboard the ‘Little Train’

What would be Nice without its famous « little train »? A must-do for the tourists who wish to go on a fun and tourist ride with an audio-guide … With a departure every 30 minutes on the Promenade des Anglais (in front of the Théâtre de Verdure), it is a fun opportunity to travel through the Old Town, Place Garibaldi, the Quai des Etats-Unis and climb to the top of Castle Hill where you can take a break of 10 minutes and immortalize this magical view of the whole city of Nice with the traditional photo…

4. A cultural visit of the Museums of Nice

Nice is a cultural city that offers its inhabitants and visitors the most beautiful museums of the Côte d’Azur. The French Riviera Pass offers free access to most of them and allows you to discover (or re-discover) art through a route around the city. Among the most essential: Marc Chagall, Henri Matisse, The Museum of Photography Charles Negre, the Archeology Museum of Cimiez, the National Museum of Sport (to be grouped with the visit of the stadium Allianz Riviera), not to mention the famous MAMAC (Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art) located 2 steps from the « Square Head » of Sosno.

5. Spend a « discovery » day in Monaco

Although created by the Nice Convention and Visitors Bureau, the French Riviera Pass takes us to discover what is happening around the capital of the Riviera. In Monaco, this sesame of tourist activities opens free of charge the doors of a large number of activities to be spread over a day like the Exotic Garden and its cave of the Observatory, the exhibitions of the Grimaldi Forum, the New National Museum of Monaco as well that the impressive (and unavoidable) Oceanographic Museum … Let’s take the opportunity to watch the changing of the guard by the « Carabiniers » every day at 11:55 in front of the Prince’s Palace.

How to get your French Riviera Pass?
