Your annual rendez-vous: L’Étape du Tour
Live the legend of the Grande Boucle, on the same roads and in the same conditions as the professional cyclists of the Tour de France : that’s the promise that the Étape du Tour has kept since 1993.
The 32nd edition of l’Étape du Tour de France will take place on July 6, 2024 between Nice and the Col de la Couillole.
An exceptional edition
A 138 km route with 4,600 m of ascent through the magnificent scenery of the Nice Côte d’Azur region, with four mountain passes on the program:
- Col de Braus – 1002m ;
- Col de Turini – 1607m ;
- Col de la Colmiane – 1500m ;
- Col de la Couillole – 1678m.
The race starts in front of the Théâtre de Verdure, Jardin Albert 1er.
💡 Did you know? L’Étape du Tour is Europe’s only benchmark cyclosportive, with a field of 16,000 entrants including 92 nationalities.
Activities for the whole family
The Étape du Tour village, in the heart of the Jardin Albert 1er, with over 70 exhibitors and more than 40,000 visitors expected over 3 days.
💡 Come and meet the teams from the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolitan Tourist Office on their dedicated stand. Come along on Thursday 4 July from 10am to 8pm, Friday 5 July from 10am to 9pm and Saturday 6 July from 10am to 6pm.
