Destroyed several times by earthquakes in previous centuries, this picturesque village dominates the Vésubie valley.
An elevated mountain village stretched out in two parts on a promontory, it features a number of tall old houses, large staircases, sculpted doorways and a superb old fountain dating from 1866.

Annual Chesnut Fair

Sunday 10 November 2024 between 10 am and 4 pm.
This traditional festival (postponed from 26 October) features a market, various chestnut roasts throughout the day, an open-air meal (no reservation required) and live traditional music.
