True to the teachings of the lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya and his son T.K.V. Desikachar, also called the Madras school, is about practicing yoga that adapts to the individual and not the other way around.
All asanas are practiced with a focus on awareness of the breath.
During school holidays:
Activity offered on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 5 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. discovery session and from 6:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in-depth session.
Outside school holidays:
Activity offered on Saturday and Sunday from 5 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. and from 6:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
