Villas Asphodèle et Belle époque

These two villas, built around 1910, are representative of town houses, built on plots of land that do not allow the development of large gardens.

If the Belle Epoque villa is a Parisian private mansion with stucco decorations and a winter garden on the roof, the Asphodele villa develops an Italianate trend of seaside architecture with a painted frieze protected by an overhanging roof.
