L'Oliveraie Joseph is a small olive-growing operation located in Tourrette-Levens, half an hour from Nice.
The Joseph olive grove is a farm committed to nature, producing PDO Nice olive oil, olives in brine and olive paste.
We invite groups to discover our orchard on the slopes of Mont Chauve, 400 metres above sea level in the Tourrette-Levens commune. You'll be welcomed by Sophie, who is passionate about this majestic tree, and will be able to tell you all about the history of olive-growing around Nice, as well as her products and her way of working, which uses only natural processes based on total respect for nature and the tree's cycle. An introduction to tasting is also planned.
