The ancienne laiterie in the village of St Etienne symbolizes the importance of livestock farming in the Haute Tinée until the 1970s. This structure collected milk from local producers for centralized sale on the Côte d'Azur coast.
Dans ce petit local nous retrouverons les outils utiles au conditionnement du lait et à sa transformation : balance, barattes, chaudrons, collection de bidons de lait. Mais aussi les objets réalisés par un ancien artiste local Mr Paul Rosso. Musée fermé. Visite sur demande à l'Office de Tourisme.
