Théo's workshops are perfect for all gin lovers.
The workshop begins with an introduction to gin and the basics of distillation. You'll then discover the world of aromas, choosing from over 30 plants and fruits to create your own unique and original recipe. The master distiller will be on hand to provide all the necessary explanations and guide you throughout the production process.
Then comes the gin distillation in a personal copper still. The workshop even allows you to create your own personalized label to adorn the resulting gin bottle. All that's left is to dilute your gin and bottle it. You'll take home your personalized bottle.
The workshop concludes with a moment of relaxation and discussion, with a tasting of Mistello Gin, revealed in one of the house cocktails.
