There are childhood friends, friends we see, those we don't see anymore or not enough. And then there's Charlie...
Charlie is the imaginary friend that Daniel created to cheat on his wife without arousing suspicion. Charlie was the perfect idea to not lose his wife, his job, his apartment, or his mistress. Until the day when Catherine, his wife, perhaps exasperated, doubtless suspicious, asked to meet him...
To save his marriage, Daniel will therefore have to invite a stranger to dinner who for one evening will play the role of his best friend. Was inventing this Charlie such a good idea after all?
