Discover Gilette with the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolitan Convention and Visitors Bureau
The village of Gilette is perched 400m above sea level overlooking the confluence of the Var and Estéron Rivers.
The narrow streets lead to the castle ruins and a unique panorama over the valleys and mountains. Its stepped streets, vaulted passageways and pleasant little squares enhance the character of the village. Amid pristine untamed natural areas, Gilette treasures its authenticity and tradition. Olive trees remain its main source of wealth.
