A multidisciplinary programme of conferences and meetings open to all to better understand the challenges raised by the UNOC through the prisms of science, arts and culture and the sustainable future of society.
The Ocean University aims to strengthen the impact of this international conference on our territory and to mobilize the population around topics related to the Ocean.
However, this component is not limited to a rational understanding of the Ocean. It also celebrates its beauty, its power and the mysteries it contains. The Ocean plays a vital role in the balance of our planet, but also an essential place in the cultures and imaginations of the world.
The Ocean University's programming was developed by Adèle Faustinien in collaboration with several sectoral departments of the City and the Metropolis, as well as many scientific, academic and cultural partners.
