Head for the coast!
On the programme for this second episode: sport, with the Iron Man Men’s World Championship and the Rugby World Cup France 2023. The trio continue with a trip on a solar-powered boat with Guillaume, founder of Seazen, followed by the “No Diet Club” food tour, an unusual concept where you can sample specialities from Nice as you wander through the narrow streets of Vieux-Nice, on the Promenade du Paillon or opposite the Promenade des Anglais!

Head for the High Country!
Off we go for a morning of sport at La Colmiane Valdeblore on the zip line and summer toboggan. Then it’s on to Venanson, a hilltop village which is home to the 15th-century chapel of Sainte-Claire, entirely covered in frescoes by Giovanni Baleison, before finishing with a hike in the Gordolasque, right in the heart of the Mercantour National Park, to discover the “Belle et Sébastien” hut…
