Explore Duranus with the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolitan Convention and Visitors Bureau
Served by a surprising road, Duranus is built on a limestone rock overlooking the Vésubie Valley. This small village with its scattered settlements on the hillside is surrounded by unspoilt countryside, planted with oak and olive trees. It is also surrounded by valleys that are home to exceptional biological reserves, embellished with waterfalls and aqueducts. As you leave the village, you can look out over the Vésubie valley from a place called “Le saut des Français”.
