Protected by the "Cuisine Nissarde, le respect de la tradition" label, Nice's gastronomy is part of France's intangible cultural heritage and a tribute to local produce and local production. This month, we're making your mouth water with the authentic recipe for socca!

Thin, golden and crispy, socca is an emblematic speciality of Nice! Made from chickpea flour and baked in a wood-fired oven, it's best eaten hot, on the go, in Old Nice or at Nice festivities.

RENOIR MUSEUM IN CAGNES-SUR-MER, A TIMELESS INTERLUDE!

Enter the world of the Impressionist master! The Domaine des Collettes, planted with olive trees, is home to the house where Auguste Renoir lived, now transformed into the Renoir Museum. This exceptional site invites you to explore the painter's studio and discover his living environment, his enchanting garden and the works inspired by the Mediterranean landscapes that surrounded him.

PARIS-NICE CHALLENGE 2025, PAVE THE WAY FOR CHAMPIONS!

The Paris-Nice Challenge 2025 returns to Nice Côte d'Azur for another exciting edition. This cycling race allows amateurs to pave the way for the professionals by following part of the route of the legendary Paris-Nice race. In an exceptional setting between the sea and the mountains, the participants will cross the emblematic roads of the Nice Côte d'Azur metropolitan area. It's a not-to-be-missed event for cycling enthusiasts looking for a challenge and some stunning scenery!
