Join him on a tour of the famous Cours Saleya market (listed as one of the most beautiful markets in France) and learn about the history of Nice and its award-winning cuisine. Then follow the Chef into the classroom of the Atelier de Cuisine Niçoise. Using fresh local produce, make your Pan Bagnat in the purest respect for the traditional recipe and enjoy it on the spot or, like the people of Nice, on the beach!
